Turn Around Time for Custom Orders

General turn around time for a custom order is approximately 10 days from start to ship. The current waiting period is approximately 1-2 weeks; however, the waiting period can vary depending on current order volume. Any delays will be immediately communicated to you via email.

Ready to Ship Orders

Ready to ship orders will be mailed within 1 business day. Ready to ship orders cannot be personalized beyond what is advertised, unless otherwise noted in the individual listing information.

May I place a RUSH order?

Rush orders can be completed within a one week time frame, not including shipping time (which can vary dependent upon USPS). There will be an additional $15 fee for all rush orders. If you require your order to be rushed, please email us to confirm availability: ShopWithWilkins@gmail.com.

Refunds, Exchanges or Changes

Due to the majority of orders being customized, refunds or exchanges are not available. Order cancellations are not available. All sales are final.

Any changes to the design that may vary from your order must be communicated immediately via email and reference your order number from your confirmation email. If personalization has been added to your item, you are solely responsible for confirming spelling, grammar, etc. once the proof has been sent. Once the design has been approved, no changes can be made.

Shipping

All items will come individually wrapped and packaged with care and shipped via USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information the day that it ships. Please double check the shipping address at checkout, as it cannot be changed.

Local Pick Up

Local pick up is available for those in the area. We are located in Mooresville, IN. Please choose "Local Pick Up" at checkout to avoid shipping fees. Once your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive a confirmation email with the address where you can retrieve your item(s) as well as available times to do so, in a no-contact format.

Product Care

To get the most life for your item(s), please follow all care instructions. A logo decal will be sealed onto the bottom of every cup that includes our website so that you are able to reference these care instructions at any time.

Handmade with Love

All tumblers, coasters, keychains and other epoxy/resin items from our shop are handmade. Small imperfections may appear, and we cannot guarantee cross-contamination with glitters will not occur in such a heavily glittered environment. We have done our best to capture accurate colors and details in our photos. Due to different monitor resolution and screen displays, there may be a slight variation in color. Although they are durable and made for every day use, there is always a chance that they can be broken or ruined if not properly cared for. Once the item is in the buyer's possession, ShopWithWilkins cannot be held liable for any damages. If there is an issue with your order once it has been received, you must contact our shop via email within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.

PRODUCT USAGE

By downloading and/or purchasing products, freebies, templates, etc. (digital downloads and/or designs) from this site (ShopWithWilkins.com), the Company (ShopWithWilkins) hereby grants to Customer (the sole individual purchaser) one (1) exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, license to use the Product (digital downloads and/or designs).

Customer understands and agrees that the Product materials may not be shared with any third party. In the event Company suspects that the Product is being shared with another party, Company reserves the right to immediately terminate Client’s access to the Product.

Customer may use the Product for his/her own personal use and business use and may modify the language as he/she sees fit. Customer is obligated to tag or give credit to Company for the copy in the Product he/she uses, posts, or shares. 

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of digital items absolutely no refunds can be issued.
